My first night in Montreal, and I need to wake up at 4AM for our early morning tour.  It’s 11:18 pm, and I think I can survive on 5 hours of sleep.  I think.

Today’s journey took us to Montreal with tourist landmarks like the Biodome with a cable car taking us up 175 meters, St. Joseph’s Church (the biggest church in Canada), and lot’s of restroom breaks.  The weather here in Montreal?  Cold, 40s, damp, and misty.  The kind of weather that’s a nuisance when you’re trying to take photos.

Montreal, is French.  Almost everything is French.  The signs are in French and English.  I think 90% of the billboards here are in French.  The architecture is European and beautiful.  Each building is so unique.  I’ll have to get some shots of them if we get a chance to wander around this lovely city.  The freeways remind me of Los Angeles.  I think I could drive here.  Nord is after all North.  Easy enough.
