Designing for over 10 years, Montreal’s Francois Beauregard’s work is feminine, fun, and comfortable. I scored 3 of his skirts for $20 each at an outdoor fair celebrating the Montreal Grand Prix. While I was there, I had Francois show me a few of his favorites. I wish I had bought that dress in the door too! That lace detail is just too lovely! (Kicking myself right now…)
