So I’m currently hanging out at the Chelsea Market on 15th Streeet in NYC. Walked into a sample sale at Prive when I spotted this young lady in an amazing outfit. I literally just blurted out “I love your dress” as she replied with the designer’s name, Tsumori Chisato.
As I asked Miss Jessica Liu if I could take her photo, I realized even her accessories were awesome and well thought out.
