Walking on 18th Street over by my work area I spotted this lady in a great outfit. I’m not sure what first drew me to her, but as I looked down at her knee, I just realized how unusual and fun her outfit was.
Dig the way her stockings are scrunched and how the hem of the coat is cinched. I love this whole look.
