More free music by the water coming up this week with Hudson River Park’s River Rocks 2013 at Pier 84 in Manhattan.This year’s outdoor festival performances include Generationals this Thursday, Foxygen and Thao and the Get Down Stay Down on July 25th, and Titus Andronicus on August 8th. Titus will no doubt be a most excellent show.
