Musée de Montmartre and Some Street Art in Porte de Saint-Ouen

I made it out to Montmartre today, but did not get a chance to visit the Bateau Lavoir.  That’s okay, because I really wanted to go to the Musée de Montmartre.  The museum exhibits paintings, drawings, posters from artists of the late 19th century into the 20th.  It was great looking at the photographs of the many artists who inhabited the space.  The current exhibition ‘Artistes in Montmartre: 1870-1910’ is going on now until September 25th.  Some photos below.

Then after the museum, I walked around Porte de Saint-Ouen and came across a deserted track, at least I think it was deserted, and found some street art.  I was trying to figure a way down the tracks, but couldn’t find any.

Enjoy!

After that I walked around the Port de Saint-Ouen area and came across this on Rue Belliard and Rue Liebniz starting at Avenue de Saint-Ouen.
