My next batch of digital paintings created on the iPad Pro using Procreate.
One criticism to note, is when I zoom in, the images tend to rotate a bit. It makes it difficult to get placement of certain features on the face correct. With Sketchbook and ArtRage I was able to tell if the image was at the correct angle when I zoomed in. Perhaps Procreate can work on a fix for this issue.
I’m also noticing that the background color blends into the image when I make the background layer visible. I’ve tried looking for ways to resolve this issue, even with a separate background layer added, but I am unable to come up with a solution. So for the time being, the backgrounds will just have to be plain white.
But anyways, I did enjoy using Procreate. I love the sketch feature, I really do feel like I’m doing a simple pencil drawing.
