Tanya Horo of Sherlocks Daughter in Fairground, at Bowery Ballroom, NYC

Last night’s Charlatan’s show may have been sparse in crowd fashion, but that’s not to say the performers were not.  Tanya Horo of Australia’s Sherlock’s Daughter was stylish and pretty in a strapless dress with a lace bottom skirt supported with a pair of shorts underneath.

The dress was by Aussie’s Fairground.  Run by Creative Director Valerija Vocanec, Fairground’s collection is uber girly with florals, ruffles, and lace, but also chic and elegant at the same time.  Definitely check out their site!

Accessories finished the look with a long metallic bangle and a long necklace with a medium-large pendant in turquoise and red.  It kind of reminded me of an owl.  I’m definitely into the long chained necklace right now.  I haven’t really been touching my short chunky or beaded necklaces.  I’m seriously loving the long chain with large pendant, dangling just an inch or two above the belly button.

Staying comfortable and modest with a pair of shorts sewn in.  Lace is hot right now.

At the end of the night I noticed my friend’s adorable bag by California-based Melie Bianco.  At first look I thought it was a charity shop bag.  With it’s 70s style graphic design and adorable vertical stripes in various textures, the bag was absolutely adorable.

It’s a bit worn out, but it still looks good.  The wear and tear adds character and shows that it must’ve been used…alot.
